I think a reminder to let go of the things that are not adding value to our lives is important. This quote is that reminder.

Sheet Pan Crispy Yeriyaki Tofu and Broccoli

I discovered this recipe whilst perusing Pinterest for some vegetarian meal options. Since we like beef and broccoli, I thought we should give this a try. It was fast and delicious. We will definitely be doing this one again! Disclaimer: we did not make the teriyaki sauce. Instead we opted to toss our tofu and broccoli in our favorite Trader Joe’s sauce…General Tsao Stir Fry Sauce.
